Greatest influence on career: Current boss - provides enormous help, encouragement and direction.
Greatest strength: Common sense allied with understanding of people, processes and systems.
Area where you most want to improve yourself: Creating sufficient time to read all the necessary regulatory documents.
What single thing would make your job easier? Fewer systems.
If you could only pass on one piece of advice to your successor, what would it be? Be strong in your conviction and follow your instinct.
