Fall in drivers flouting mobile phone ban
As the person responsible for telephony in our business I know we spend a lot on providing car kits to employees. In addition, as a magistrate I am delighted that drivers are getting the message about how dangerous this activity is.

Interesting how many of these are green initiatives, which fit with what LondonWaste is already doing. By generating electricity from waste for over 20 years, we're amazed that the rest of the world has only just caught on.
BT lags in broadband satisfaction stakes
As a personal BT broadband customer at home, I understand why they did so badly in the survey. Having to spend 20 minutes going through a script with a person from a call centre - when I know what the fault is - drives me mad.
