Hi,
And the most important thing to learn is how to say, "No."
If you are as successful as you hope to be it will rapidly become an issue.
I went self employed 8 years ago and didn't learn to say "No" until I had about 75% more work than I can really handle and still have a life!!!
The extra work is fine if you intend to expand and take on staff ..... but that is a whole different subject!
