
"Be careful, you could find this something of a startling experience"

In this demo, DreamWorks CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg (far right) tells us how his organisation, one of the leaders in animated films such as Shrek, called on key partner HP to help deliver Halo.
He said: "Adversity is the mother of invention. Halo comes from that – what was out there before didn’t fulfil our needs. And in animation we know how much better it is to show it instead of say it."
Halo rooms on DreamWorks' campuses are booked solidly between 8:00 and 20:00 each day, for example connecting California with Aardman's facilities in Bristol, cutting down on lots of hours spent in planes. Katzenberg added: "The level of collaboration is unlike anything we ever believed possible. We've actually become one company."
More bosses, from other deep-pocketed early-adopters such as AMD and PepsiCo, were also on hand to sing Halo's praises.
