CRM Sales Transformation – Incentive Compensation Management Technology Consultants London £32000 - £118000 Accenture are currently seeking a number of Incentive Compensation Management technology consultants to lead the design and
implementation of Incentive Compensation and Talent Management solutions within a Sales environment. Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) is a strategic priority for Accenture’s Sales Transformation Group and fast becoming a key agenda item for Sales
organisations. ICM projects cover the full breadth of Accenture’s CRM consulting capabilities from initial diagnostic work through to deployment and application maintenance. The ICM practice currently employs 25 consultants across Europe and is expanding
quickly. As an ICM technology consultant, you will be expected to work within the Consulting workforce typically in a project team working closely with client resources. You will be responsible for defining/driving the overall technical solution and will
need to be able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering packaged solutions within high-pressure sales environments. This is a management role and will entail oversight/coaching of multiple delivery resources. You should also exhibit strong
project management skills, with proven experience working with established project management methodologies. Typical activities for an ICM technology consultant would include: - Project Management – manage project team and resources to ensure
deliverables are implemented on time and within budget, while adequately monitoring risk. The ICM technology consultant will be accountable to the Project Board for overall delivery. - Vendor Selection – assist client in assessment and selection of tools
and technologies that support the ICM/talent management strategy from both a business and technical standpoint. - Solution Architecting – working across customer and delivery teams to define a robust technical solution that can deliver value within
time/resource constraints. - Data Modelling – identification of customer data components and the definition of customer-centric data models, design and implementation of ETL routines and Enterprise Application Integration interfaces using best-of-breed
tools such as Ab Initio, Informatica, Ascential, Business Objects Data Integrator. - System Integration – design and implementation of integrated integration solutions including data capture and integration, data storage and warehousing. - Application
Configuration – leading the compensation design, reporting design and other application configuration workstreams to ensure that business requirements are delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible - Deployment Management – transitioning
analysis and design deliverables to the application maintenance organisation prior to go-live You will generally have had solid working experience in Customer Relationship Management (either working in industry or possibly with another consulting firm)
where you will have had hands on experience of large-scale technology implementations within a Sales environment. Ideally, you should be able to demonstrate experience working with a leading ICM package (e.g. Callidus TrueComp, Oracle IC, Practique INCA)
This is a customer-facing role with significant opportunity for creating value through business consulting activity. It is therefore vital that candidates display strong business credentials in addition to their core technical skill sets, ideally within a
sales, performance management or talent management environment. You will be able to demonstrate at interview at least three of the following skills: - Project management (e.g. PMI/PRINCE2 accreditation) - Data Modelling - System Integration - ETL, EAI
