IBM's SAP Human Capital Management Consultants are highly qualified professionals who work with global clients on a variety of significant projects. This includes major involvement in ERP conversion and full implementation of SAP's HCM suite offering. We are looking for experienced consultants with a strong background in HCM transformation who are viewed as subject matter experts in this area, with emphasis on SAP HCM implementations. You will have led on large multi country projects where you will have applied your deep specialist knowledge and influenced the design of the project and outcome. You will have been accountable for client relationships, commercial results, account growth and programme delivery. Successful candidates will be expected to: Seek opportunities for innovation and business growth, focusing on relevant and strategic HCM opportunities despite risk and resistance. Establish strong relationships at multiple levels with key decision makers and leaders in client organizations, through personal insight, trust, and open information sharing Work to preserving the long-term viability of client relationships by managing client expectations and ensuring superior delivery Collaborate with industry leaders, Partners, solution/service leaders to pursue signings Manage and control project delivery including cost, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction and project disciplines. You will have a strong client generation background and will enjoy helping our clients implement the most flexible and efficient SAP service delivery model through innovation and process efficiency. Successful candidates must also be able to: - Consult on business issues and information technology to deliver lasting value to clients as part of IBM engagements - Be recognised as a subject matter expert in SAP HCM, and be able to scope, shape and deliver ERP solutions to clients against defined client value propositions in both straightforward and complex environments - Demonstrate a passion for delivery excellence - Resolve complex contract, client, solution, technical or political issues critical to delivery - Demonstrate excellent commercial skills to drive business development activities, including working with account partners and others to successfully sell HCM work - Supervise financial management of engagements to deliver value to clients and to IBM - Demonstrate strong negotiation skills with detailed contactural awareness and understanding - Demonstrate complete fluency in both written and spoken English Required Bachelor's Degree English: Fluent Additional information The role will involve engagement with IBM industry leaders across Europe and assignment on major business transformation programmes for our pan european clients. It is essential that candidates are willing to travel throughout Europe on a very regular basis and be based on a long term EU engagement.
