Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is part of Global Business Services within IBM. The CRM Practice goal is to form long-term, benefit-driven relationships with our clients. Prime focuses are on having a trusted Business Advisor relationship with our clients and the shaping, design and delivery of medium to large scale, complex, integrated Customer Management Business and IT Solutions with associated Transformation activities. Specifically, you will be involved in leading engagements including the planning, design and implementation of technical CRM solutions typically as a Project/Programme Manager with team sizes of 30+ people including large teams of experienced Consultants. Ideally you will be recognised as a Subject Matter Expert in your field and as such will support the Business Development and Bid processes with active involvement in selling assignments as well as subsequent delivery of those engagements. As a senior and valued member of the team you would need to demonstrate the following: - A firm grasp of CRM and integration technologies to enable the scoping of releases within a Programme and sufficient understanding to validate and challenge high level technical designs against a Business Case; - Practical, experience-based evidence to justify PMI Senior Project Manager equivalency; - Experience of working on large programmes involving a 'Big 5', major systems integrator or product systems vendor/software house as a Project/Programme Manager, or held a senior level, CRM-related position within a Customer Organisation; - Ability to define benefit-driven Business cases and gain acceptance from senior Programme Stakeholders; - A track record of successful full lifecycle technical implementation experience of a major CRM application, delivering to time, quality, cost and Customer Satisfaction parameters; - Structured, Risk Management based approach to engagement management; - Strong Financial Management skills with experience of P&L accountability; - Advanced interpersonal skills capable of engendering trust and confidence to build strong, long-lasting relationships; - The ability to form strong, cross-functional teams to drive performance and Customer Satisfaction; and - Self-starting skills and the ability to differentiate yourself and add value in a peer group of high performers - Strong team leading skills, with the ability to build and grow individuals to augment the CRM Practice Required ´Big 5´ Methodology Experience : Mastered Project Management Methodology Training and Certification : Mastered English: Fluent IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
