IBM GBS is PeopleSoft's biggest systems integration partner in the UK, Europe and worldwide. The practice in the UK is looking to grow, given its unparalleled track record in successful PeopleSoft implementations. You will be working primarily as a functional consultant within client-facing project teams collectively responsible for analysis, design, build, testing and implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS solutions. To be a key team member in PeopleSoft HRMS implementation projects, moving to team leadership and project management responsibilities in time. To apply Human Capital Management business process and/or technical PeopleSoft product knowledge in undertaking key activities in each of the stages in the life cycle of a PeopleSoft implementation project, i.e.: 1. Analysis, e.g. running fit-gap workshops and producing functional and integration requirements; 2. Design, e.g. producing detailed design workbooks, data conversion scripts and interface specifications; 3. Build and Test, e.g. assisting with PeopleSoft configuration, development and running of test scripts/scenarios, development of training. 4. Implementation, e.g. assisting with cut-over activities such as data conversion and training. Candidates should possess: - Experience with one of the major consulting organisations Required Bachelor's Degree Functional and or Technical experience of PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 or above. Including any of the following modules: Workforce Administration, Position Management, Global Payroll, Absence Management : Applied Gathering business requirements and being able to translate them into functional and or technical requirements / design documentation : Applied Ability to deliver Fit-Gap type workshops and provide creative solutions to gaps which emerge : Applied Ability to translate functional requirements and specifications into system configuration : Applied Experience of the full project lifecycle (Assessment through to Implementation) : Applied Ability to work in a team environment : Applied Solid communications skills both written and verbal : Applied Awareness of project management method and procedures : Applied English: Fluent Additional information The likely candidate will be degree educated or have relevant qualifications/experience IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
