We are looking for the highest calibre individuals to join our Financial Management consulting practice operating in all our business sectors. Currently, we are interested in candidates with either Business Performance Management (BPM) or Enterprise Risk Management experience. Working as part of specialist project teams, FM consultants help our clients drive the development and implementation of strategic agendas for finance to enable them to: - address the changing role of finance in the organisation; - better manage Capital and Profitability; - increase the visibility of and the value of financial information to the business; - maximise the benefits of technology. Consultants would be expected to undertake significant full time project roles (>3 months) and would be responsible for analysing, designing and implementing solutions. We are specifically looking for candidates who are: 1. Recently qualified accountants, holding at least a 2:1 degree, MBA or equivalent who have financial management experience, project skills and an aptitude for learning new consulting skills, and 2. Experienced candidates with a similar background as well as a track record of both sales and project delivery, knowledge of appropriate IT tools and technologies and demonstrable skills in a specific area of financial management. Your experience will include: 1. For Business Performance Management: - Experience in Business Performance Management within large organisations. This experience may have been gained within a blue chip company, major consulting organisation or a major software implementer; - Demonstrable knowledge and implementation of the key software solutions available in the market and an understanding of the advantages and limitations of each; - Specific knowledge of one or more of the following: SAP SEM, Hyperion / Oracle BPM, Cognos, Outlooksoft; - Experience of BPM projects in Distribution, Industrial or Financial Services Sectors - Proven track record as a successful team member or manager of large and complex projects; - Ability to apply a pragmatic approach to the issues facing clients based upon a proven track record in a BPM environment. 2. For Enterprise Risk Management (Senior Sales Role) - Excellent track record of sales and delivery for risk management and risk mitigation projects and also risk driven compliance work in Industrial, FMCG and/or Retail Sector; - Demonstrable in-depth knowledge and experience of: - Enterprise risk management, including identification and prioritisation of risks; - Risk management methods; - Delivery of risk-based compliance projects in Finance and International Trade and Environmental (secondary); - Proven record of project delivery in the above areas 3. For Enterprise Risk Management (Project Delivery Roles) - Delivery experience of SAP Government, Risk and Compliance (GRC) module for access and security, involving the definition of the parameters and rules for SAP segregation of duties, specifically SAP Compliance Calibrator and Fire Fighter. - Proven record of project delivery in the above areas and in resulting remediation.
