This includes major involvement in R/3 conversion and implementation of SAP software across financials, manufacturing, sales and distribution and HR. The role would involve assignment to SAP HR/Payroll implementation projects for clients spanning the five sector focused units. Key responsibilities may include: Conceptual design; Requirements definition (Process design to-be and as-is where required); Detailed design; Prototyping; Configuration; Unit testing/system testing; End user training and support; Trouble-shooting and QA roles on projects as required. Candidates should have: Experience of working in a large blue chip organisation; SAP HR PA/PD & Payroll/time experience to include at least 1 full life-cycle SAP payroll implementations - including at least one UK payroll/time implementation. Experience in dealing with difficult/complex client relationships and engagements; Experience in working in multidisciplinary teams; Evidence of delivering work/projects within tight deadlines; Candidates with experience implementing multi-country or global SAP HR projects are of particular interest. Candidate should have experience in: Conceptual design, incorporating process design and business benefits; Requirements definition - detailed process design to level 4 including roles and controls for: As-is assessment & analysis; To-be design; Gap analysis; Detailed systems design including SAP mapping, interface, report and enhancement specifications; Prototyping; SAP Configuration; PA: including features and dynamic actions; Payroll: including schemas, cycles and table configuration; Reporting: including the payroll reporter; Unit testing/system testing: including developing test scenarios, cases and resolving test issues with the configuration. Ideally you will possess a background in HR and be familiar with HR processes.
