Accenture Industrial Placement - Service Delivery Warwick £14,700 Accenture – one of the world’s leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies is offering second year students the chance to work for 12 months on one of our UK projects. We have an opportunity as a Service Delivery Analyst to support the team based at our Warwick Delivery Centre. The Placement starts in Summer 2008 and we are looking for exciting and interesting people like you! The role encompasses delivering generic tasks to enable the Service Management team to deliver a seamless service for multiple clients The Service Delivery Analyst will: - Provides support for the implementation of client service management processes within the ITIL framework for; Incident, Change Configuration and Problem Management and performing transactional activities for new client and new service implementations. This includes promptly responding to queries for updates and escalating issues to the appropriate area. - Be responsible for producing standardised Service Delivery Implementation Process and Procedural documentation The hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm. Candidates will need: - Strong administrative, analytical, written and oral English communication skills. - Proactive customer-focused approach. - Competent in the use of Microsoft Office IT packages – (Word, Excel, Outlook) or other alternatives. Eligibility You will be in the second year of a sandwich degree with a positive attitude and bags of enthusiasm! The placement will continue for twelve months, starting in Summer 2008 and you will be required to commit to the full length of the placement.
