The client is a financial company located in the South-East of Brussels. As Hicom/Hipath Adminsitrator, you will join the team 'Telecom and Network' within the department 'Service Operations'. You will be in charge of the administration of the different Siemens systems. Your main job will consist the moves and add changes on extension level but also on routing and hardware level. - Moves: 50% of the time will be execution of moves - Incident handling: 25% of the time will be resolving of incidents - Proactive maintenance and status check: 25% of the time will be checking the health and the capacity of the different systems. (LCR, Hardware and Software errors etc.) PROFILE You speak Dutch or French and you have a passive knowledge of the second language You also have good communication skills in English Mandatory knowledge and experience in following areas: - Siemens HICOM / HIPATH V3 administration. o Configuration management o AMO commands o AMO scripting - Siemens Hardware. (Replacing cards etc.) - Siemens LCR - HIPATH Manager Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is an asset: - ACWIN / DSWIN - HPAM - Alcatel OMNI PCX Furthermore, you are a team player, proficient with documentation and stress resistant.
