Ecommerce / Web Product Manager - London

Our team is expanding, and we are now recruiting for a Once key projects are identified, the Ecommerce/ Web Product Manager will work across several groups in the company including Design, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, Customer Service, Event Creations and Technology to ensure new European site products can be built, are operational, and can be supported. Key Responsibilities: - ·The Ecommerce / Web Product Manager will work with the business to gather, prioritise and refine business requirements - ·Work cross-departmentally to write functional specifications to launch projects on a timely basis. - ·The Web Product Manager will Provide input on product solutions with regards to goals, business case, design and user interface. - ·You will maintain products and continually evaluate to ensure highest rate conversion and customer satisfaction. - ·The Web Product Manager will identify new consumer products or enhancements to help drive conversion, site visit frequency and enhance the consumer experience - ·Work cross functionally with product team on other assigned projects. - ·Analyse product usage, and prioritize & develop new features Experience: The ideal candidate will have the following experience; - ·Proven product management and information architecture experience - ·Graduate calibre - ·Excellent UI skills. - ·Strong computer literacy and experience with Visio. - ·Willing and able to take and give criticism constructively and professionally, assimilating suggestions and directions into positive results. - ·Committed to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times. Competencies: The Ecommerce/ Web Product Manager will need to possess the following competencies; - ·The ability to create best of class functional specifications. - ·Works well with a team, contributing to common goals - ·Able to work autonomously - ·Experience with a retail site, including solid knowledge in web merchandising and web site traffic analysis. - ·A passion for web technologies and knowledge of typical online production processes. - ·Excellent communication skills in order to communicate with all levels and departments within the company. - ·Ability to work on multiple high priority projects simultaneously All Ticketmaster positions are subject to pre-employment screening.
