IT Service Administrator

University of the Arts London IT Service Administrator Salary Range: £27,692 to £34,913 University of the Arts London comprises six internationally renowned colleges of arts, communications and design. This role reports to the Director IT Services and will work with the Heads of User Services, Technical Services and Business Systems. The postholder will manage the IT services administrative assistant, and be primarily responsible for procurement activities, the development of IT Services policy and procedure as well as licensing for software provided by IT Services. The role will involve IT governance and compliance work as well as supplier management. Candidates will have excellent problem solving and communication skills (both written and oral).
