telecom software products across UK regions Responsible for strategic vision, product roadmap, product definition, driving the technical delivery team, pre-sales material and campaign activity. Complete strategic product review to refocus the product
range, define the target markets, develop a detailed product roadmap, implement new pricing model, detailed the route to market (direct, partners, SIs) and set the level of campaign activity. Where necessary gaining board approval for the product
strategy, business case and roadmap now leading the product management and cross functional technical teams to implement the new product range.
