Due to ambitious growth plans, we are now looking for a Senior Business Integration Analyst to work closely with the business units via workshops to qualify and document product requirements, and to manage the process of translating these requirements into products and systems which exceed customer expectations. Key responsibilities will include; Manage a team of Business Integration Analysts providing overall strategy, guidance, direction and best practice methodologies and techniques. ● To translate end user requirements into high level and detailed logical requirements definition and quality manage the work of the Analysts. ● To work closely with the development teams on an interactive basis. (There will also be some opportunity to work with developers via an Agile approach). ● To work closely with relevant Project Managers to drive the process forward, aid communication and on an interactive basis, to ensure systems are delivered that anticipate and satisfy business needs. We would love you to have; A relevant first degree or equivalent (2:1 or equivalent) ● Proven previous business analysis and problem solving expertise gained ideally in the product orientated Broadcast or Telecommunications environment. ● Notable experience on Broadcast Scheduling projects. ● Expertise in working in a dynamic and relatively unstructured environment and being involved throughout the entire project life cycle to ensure successful delivery. A style of working which is self motivated, results orientated, resilient and able to work well under pressure. You will play a pivotal role not only ensuring that Sky leverages technology to achieve competitive advantage, contributing to the evolution of Sky's technology landscape - delivering the present, creating the future. You will be based in Osterley (West London) however a commitment to travel is required.
