& Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for managing our Network & Systems Engineering and Network Operations teams who are responsible for designing, developing and supporting Zen’s customer network, infrastructure and associated systems
which allow the business to deliver first class Internet services. You will be required to take on the day to day management of both teams ensuring that the strategy and work plans are aligned with current and emerging business needs and are consistent
with Zen’s mission to provide the best ISP service in the UK. This is a high profile role where you will work alongside and manage a team of highly skilled Network and System Architects, as well as oversee the day to day running of our network operations
team. The successful candidate will be expected to manage multiple projects through close working with internal stakeholders & peers, leading the architecture direction and formulating coaching & development programmes for the teams under your
direction. A natural interest in technological innovations across the wider industry is essential. This will be backed up by an understanding of the importance of cost / benefit analysis when considering the implementation of new technologies on behalf
of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience of: - Heading up design, implementation and network operations teams and will be adept and experienced at managing teams of technical specialists. - You are likely to come from a technical
background in one of the areas listed above and whilst you may no longer be hands-on you will continue to have a reputation for having high levels of technical competency and credibility. Benefits: - Salary reviewed every 6 months - Investment in
