short- and long-term goals. Determine the priority, resources, and resolution plan required to resolve all issues effectively. Ensure adequate staffing, training, tools, processes and procedures to meet incoming customer support issues in the Territory.
Shared responsibility for global Support productivity. Drive tactics, which consistently improve customer service within Region. Provide the team with a vision of the customer service objectives of a best practice Learning & Support Organization.
