Assistant Manager - Fashion Retailer

Our client is a world leading retailer of casual clothing. Due to their continuing rapid expansion a vacancy now exists for an Assistant Manager.

- To deliver sales targets, and assist the Store Manager in running an efficient, well-organised store within set budgets in order to achieve optimum profitability.

- To ensure that the store team upholds the brand image and to act as an ambassador for the brand.

- To promote high levels of service to the consumer, always offering an easy and enjoyable shopping experience.

- Adapt personal, interpersonal and managerial behaviour to bring out the best in people and enhance the company brand values.

- Build and manage key partnerships to achieve short term operational goals and long term strategic goals.

- Reflect the values of the brand with integrity and respect for others. Be seen as truthful, fair and trustworthy and demonstrate an enthusiasm and passion for the brand.

- Maximising brand loyalty through service, product knowledge & sales.

- Encouraging staff loyalty and retention.

- Adhering to company systems, processes & procedures.

- Following security and loss prevention procedures to ensure minimal losses.

- Ensuring the store is a welcoming and safe environment for both staff and customers.

- Experience of working as an Assistant Manager within a retail environment
