The training programme for recent graduates with limited management and leadership experience. This demanding 12-24 month programme is focused on moulding you into an effective Store Manager and will provide you with real responsibility from day one. It is our expectation that within 2 years, our Graduate Store Managers should be ready to progress onto the next stage of a promising career and begin training to become a member of our District Management team.

As a Graduate Store Manager you will be expected to be a motivator and have a practical hands on approach to store operations. You will achieve excellent customer satisfaction and store performance by leading, guiding and managing your team. You will be responsible for maximising the sales within your store along with controlling costs.

We expect you to be educated to a degree level, motivated, proactive and have an eye for detail. You must possess a flexible attitude, excellent people skills with a strong customer focus. Above all we are looking for Graduate Managers that are determined to achieve great results, be successful and are adaptable to change. Successful candidates will receive a market leading salary, with Graduate Store Managers earning up to £27,000 plus you will also receive an exclusive benefits package and pension scheme, along with opportunities to move into other management positions.
