The Job

Day-to-day vendor management, including planning, ordering, etc. Communication with suppliers and internal departments Preparation and issuing of weekly and monthly reports both internally and externally Control of information (Certificates of analysis, DOMS specifications etc) from suppliers and other Mylan companies. Ensuring accuracy of master data in the system (price, lead times etc) Ensuring inventories remain within acceptable site parameters. Vendor management, including planning, ordering, rescheduling, etc. Implement supplier improvement program including the delivery of cost reductions.

The Person

2 years purchasing experience within a pharmaceutical / SAP environment. Demonstrated analytical, communications and negotiation skills Relevant third level qualification (IIPMM / APICS or equivalent) would be an advantage.  Proven track record in using initiative to and implement improvements. Excellent written communication and presentation skills Strong PC skills
