As a technology-driven company, our client provides customer relationship management solutions to the world?s leading publishers, direct marketing firms, financial institutions and government organisations. An opportunity has now arisen for a Digital Services Developer to join their team.

This is the role for an experienced Digital Developer with a talent for .NET technologies to develop their career with a truly global company. Joining the Development department, in this role you will be responsible for developing digital services and online systems.

As a Digital Services Developer your main duties will include:

- Undertaking specification of projects assigned by the Head of Development or Project Manager
- Ensuring all code and documentation is maintained properly
- Liaising where necessary, with other departments and the company?s clients
- Reviewing other developer?s software when required

To be considered for this position you must have previous .NET development experience (ideally VB.NET) and the following:

- An understanding of XHTML, JavaScript and XML
- Strong SQL Server development skills
- Strong web page layout and design skills

Additionally, as the Digital Services Developer you should have excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with knowledge of project management and development lifecycles. As well as an eye for detail, you should also have a flexible approach and ability to pick up new skills quickly.

Knowledge of CSS, Flash and/or Classic ASP would be beneficial to your application, but is by no means essential.
