French speaking IT Helpdesk Specialist with SAP experience

The purpose of the role is to provide SAP/R3 Functional Support in French to Helpdesk service requests within a timely manner and to demonstrate technical SAP/R3 expertise and exceptional customer service skills.
? Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail and the web, providing SAP/R3 technical support and problems solving abilities in the following areas: incident analysis, first analysis in case of a problem, exporting data, supporting users to fill in predefined documents, print spool management and job monitoring
? Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints ? Analyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolution
? Assist in resolution gaps at the helpdesk and author knowledge base submissions accordingly.
? Assist in evaluating new services, processes and technologies introduced at the helpdesk.
? Participate in departmental training activities including training programs in support of new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements
? Work with departmental staff to promote, develop, and maintain strong customer service values.
? Escalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated service group or client help desk.
* Previous Helpdesk experience and solid IT Ideally 3-4 years experience
* Functional experience using SAP in the following modules: FI-CO, SD and MM
* Knowledge of other SAP modules is desirable
Fluent written and spoken French with English
The role will require individuals who are highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure by handling multiple assignments simultaneously as well as learning new skills and procedures.
These roles are 12 month fixed term contracts
Flexibility in working hours is required
