We are looking for an IT Professional to lead, define and drive the IT roadmap for all BDUK IT Activities. The individual must have a proven track record of successful execution in a multi-national, multi-cultural, and matrix structured organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Delivers stable, predictable, cost effective IT Services by coordinating across IT. Reach back to US and to International IT group to assure BDUK IT services are provided effectively and efficiently. Plan & manages demand for IT services. Forecasts. Assures timely and quality deployment of IT services for BDUK programmes Provides a single stop for BDUK to secure IT services in pursuit of business value. Delivers clarity for BDUK for new work Assesses strength of Boeing IT and complementarities for emerging business opportunities. Working with BDUK to service opportunities to bid on. Build a services business with BDUK. Provide IT guidance and reach back on all BDUK projects (e.g. FLIS). Provide overall architectural guidance on BDUK contract proposals, execution, and fulfillment. Provide strategic direction on further need for UK expansion in IT. Generates Boeing revenue growth by successfully assisting with proposals, building bids, and delivery services (performing) in support of external IT opportunities Manages total IT spend for BDUK Shares in P&L outcome of BDUK - making or beating business plan Supports additional business development for BDUK Work with business units in the evaluation, and due diligence in preparation for, and in the process of, M&A opportunities

Competencies: Excellent leadership, people management, communication, project management, presentation, and organisational skills required. Requires strategic, responsible, detail oriented, and organized individual with excellent initiative and judgment to independently handle a variety of details and confidential matters. Must be able to perform under pressure, manage multiple projects, establish priorities to meet deadlines and work effectively with individuals across multiple functions, and levels. Must be able to successfully interface with, prepare briefings for, and conduct presentations before executive leadership, enterprise workforce, and external industry and global leaders. Must be able to work in a global, highly dynamic environment, with constantly shifting priorities and requirements. Typical Education/Experience: This job requires a degree or equivalent in computer science or related field and experience working in service delivery at a strategic level in a matrix environment.
