As a Branch Manager for Magnet you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team to increase branch performance. You will possess excellent people management skills as well as the interpersonal and organisational skills to deliver Magnet's customer focused, tailor-made service. You will manage all aspects of this Retail & Trade branch including: sales and margin, customer service, branch administration, colleague supervision and training and development.

With a solid retail management in a customer facing environment and proven experience of managing a team in Home Improvement, DIY or Trade Sales you will be our candidate.

Skills and experience required:

* Experience of managing a team in a customer facing is essential.

* Proven record of successful people management.

* Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Driving licence is essential.
