Our client is a ?School?, operating on a national level, which exists to enable people to use their creative and entrepreneurial abilities for social benefit. This exciting role is integral to opening and developing a new site based in the Yorkshire & Humber area.

The role: -

• You will have overall responsibility for establishing the School, including the development & management and ensuring the delivery of learning programmes that will support the development of social entrepreneurs.
• Develop and implement a business plan and a strategy for sustainable revenue streams to create a viable social enterprise.
• Establish a marketing strategy and increase the profile of the SSE Co-ordinate funding bids
• Support the Learning Manager in the design and delivery of engaging learning programmes.
• Appointing and managing appropriate staff and delivery partners
• Network with a range of key partner organizations,
• Create and implement appropriate business, legal, operational, quality and financial processes.

Candidates: -

• Managing and delivering complex projects, including business planning and staff management
• Building an organization?s profile through networking, marketing and media relations
• Experience of gaining public funding for projects and co-ordinating funding bids
• You will also be an excellent communicator with strong planning and delivery skills.
