Product Manager - Web

Product Manager is required by my client, a highly successful IT Services organisation based in London.

The Product Manager works closely with the relationship management team, Marketing and local Business units to plan marketing, future products, Web content, tools and transactions for a large Web site offering.

The Product manager will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and strategic development of a Product feature on a large prestigious Government Web portal. You will also be responsible for researching and reporting on the products performance, Identify enhancements to the product and managing implementation of enhancements to the product.

The Product Manager will have excellent understanding of how the following contribute to a successful website: website construction, writing for the web, e-marketing, search optimisation, information architecture, content, tools and transactions management systems, user-centred design.

Product Manager Experience:-
* Delivering a vision - from creation, gaining stakeholder buy-in, creation of processes and implementation of a technical solution.
* Significant experience of managing multiple and demanding senior stakeholders.
* Experience of managing projects using formal project management methodology.
* Strong experience in senior editing/publishing roles on interactive websites (written content, tools and transactions and interactive tools and services), including requirements definition.
* Acted as a team or section leader in a range of situations.
* Experience in strategy development.
* Experience of team and performance management.
* Have carried out business analysis type functions or roles to delve into key details.
