Education sector programme/project manager required to lead and manage a large complex project to transfer post 16 educational services to the client from another provider and responsible  for the 14-19 Educational improvement programme.  The Programme Manager will have Prince 2, significant complex project management experience from within an education provider or division, post 16 or 14-19, proven track record in project planning, local government finance, multiple projects and full life cycle.  The candidate will be well versed in education local government and inter agency working.
