IT Systems Administrator

My client is looking for a Systems Administrator to assist with the support of their various in-house systems.
You will be responsible for 1-3rd line support in a small IT environment so excellent customer facing skills and the ability to work on your own initiative it needed.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Assist with group compliance with policies and procedures to achieve maximum value for money from IT
Assist with providing timely support for IT deployed across the Group
Assist with ensuring the highest level of IT user satisfaction
Assist with the Management, Administration and maintenance of the Group web site.
Assist in utilising all available internet based interfaces to promote the group and provide support and guidance on the use of the internet to all employees.

You will need to have a strong all round IT and strong experience with Windows servers and desktops, MS Exchange, and networking experience as well as some experience of Website administration.
Any experience of Server 2003, MS SQL, Back up Exec, Sage, Terminal Services, Raid and Wan/Lan would be desirable.
Experience of IT legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices, experience of managing and administration of web sites.

You will need to have a current UK driving licence as you will need to travel to their different sites around the local area.
