Deployment Cutover manager

Deployment Cut-over manager require for a 6 month contract to be based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be required to provide co-ordination and direction for the teams involved in the cutover periods, which occur out-of-hours and at week-ends, ensuring that the steps progress through to successful cutover. Proactively minimise the impact of incidents during cutover, provide co-ordination between teams and direct escalations to the appropriate parties.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Management and tracking of the handovers between the teams during cutover.
- Management and co-ordination of activities necessary to detect problems that would affect the cutover.
- Maintain communication paths between teams.
- Provide communications and escalations to management.
- Maintain individual motivation, knowledge, skill level and performance
- Prioritise problems to be resolved.

Please note that candidates are required to be security cleared prior to appointment. This role would suit candidates with strong Stakeholder management skills and a combination of Project Management, IT Management and Problem Management. Please submit your CV in application.
