Our client is an exciting, dynamic, rapidly growing telecommunications company who are going through a period of expansion. They have a current requirement for an experience Avaya qualified Project Manager.

The successful candidate will require strong Avaya product knowledge working towards or having achieved Avaya Certified Associate (ACA) exams. In additional to the technical focus, candidates must be able to demonstrate an ability to Project Manage a range of installation assignments. Taking assignments from feasibility through to completion and assuming responsibility and providing direction for the engineers involved.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge and experience of all steps of the installation life cycle. Typically these will include:

- Project orientation, to site, switch configuration, features, layout & feasibility
- Demonstration, presenting equipment and project plans
- Needs examination, working to how clients see the system working
- Implementation
- Training, agreeing a training and development schedule
- 'Go live' day
- Evaluation after installation

Suitable candidates will be based in Glasgow, but will be required to travel throughout the UK and possibly Europe or Globally. (Although the client is keen to ensure an appropriate balance)
