Junior Support Analyst

Our client based in Wales currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Analyst with Web Development experience

Performing general systems support with a small amount of development and documentation tasks.

Your key responsibilities will be to carry out overall support, generate test plans
-Working closely with other Developers to deliver project outputs on schedule
-Pc setup including MS Office, Toolset, Word, Excel, XP and Vista
-IT Hardware installation

Experience and Skills

Database, HTML, and related Web technologies.
Report creation from various database systems, Ideally SQL, Oracle, MySql

Ideally around 2 years experience in a similar function within a pharmaceutical environment, however any similar candidates will be considered.
