The role:

Job Mission :  To own and manage all site content relying heavily on analytics, data and insight to drive increased customer satisfaction and transactions.   To understand, through analysis, conversion levels and what drives them.   Covering the whole Customer online journey from initial Landing Page and Browse to either Drop-Out or Buy.

A strategy role that requires a strong competency in the area of Online Customer Levers;  a strong numerical and analytical is required and to this end a numeracy or mathematical qualification or industry demonstrable track record would be highly sought.   The successful individual is likely to come from an online heavy Customer Transactional or Ecommerce Analytical and Managerial  Site Optimisation role.
