Service Support Analyst

My client is currently searching for a Service Desk Analyst to work PERMANENTLY in Aberdeen for a large International organisation within the Energy industry. This will be paying £18,000 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills within IT and progress up the ladder with a successful International organisation.

You must:
Provide customers with technical frontline fixes
Ensure all customer requests/queries are recorded accurately and assigned to the relevant workgroup
Manage the request life-cycle - from initial logging through to closure
Liaise with the Team Leaders regarding potential process improvements, problems or difficult situations
Flexible working hours will be needed usually between the hours of 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
