AMP Packager

Exciting opportunities for AMP packagers have arisen with our client in Reading, a world leading defence IT consultancy working on the large scale DII project. The successful candidates will be required to be security cleared to SC level (prior to appointment).

The DII will consolidate numerous existing information networks into a single next generation infrastructure and will link 340,000 users in approximately 2000 locations. Candidates will be responsible for the design, creation, testing, documentation, release and subsequent maintenance of AMP packages for the MoD.

Candidates will be experienced packagers and have expert programming skills in VBScipt for the WSH environment under Windows, batch programming and software packaging in Windows Server 2003 environments. Package production experience and deployment using HP Radia are essential as well as good technical communication and documentation skills.
