Poker Retention Manager

bet365, one of the world?s leading online gambling companies, is seeking a Poker Retention Manager to support the continued growth of our poker product. The position is available at our Head Office based in Staffordshire, England.

Responsible for the operations of the player retention activities carried out by the poker team, the role will involve supervision of poker retention initiatives and maximisation of lifetime and life value of players.  You will support the Poker Manager in achieving relevant targets and performance management of the team.

You will devise, implement and monitor the performance of promotional activity to constantly improve the poker offer, increase retention of players and remain competitive in the marketplace.  Liaising with internal departments, you will ensure that our poker promotions achieve maximum impact in our acquisition marketing activities and standards of service.  You will ensure that monthly plans are executed within agreed schedules and to the highest standards.

The candidate will have an excellent understanding of the online poker business and its customers with at least 2 years experience in a poker retention role or similar.  Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and results driven, you will be an effective and proven communicator at all levels.  Whilst not essential, a marketing would be an advantage.
