Our client is a profitable supplier of specialist business process outsourcing ( BPO ) services to a range of leading Blue Chip clients. Their bespoke solutions are designed to deliver world-class business performance through process improvement and outsourcing of specific activities non-core to their clients? business model.

The role

Following a round of private equity funding, the organisation is set to grow aggressively and this growth is to be driven largely through acquisition. In line with the business plan, they now seek a Chief Executive with natural vision and leadership quality to take the company to this next level through:

Creating the strategic business plan for this next phase of growth and leading the senior management team in its implementation

Working with all stakeholders to achieve the shared agenda of value creation

The successful candidate

Must possess a demonstrable track record of successfully developing a company through the creation of a clear vision and market proposition and growing the business organically and through acquisition

Should be the type of individual who makes things happen and will get things done. Able to inspire and motivate others through a combination of outstanding interpersonal and highly effective influencing skills

Will have significant experience of leading a business process outsourcing type company
