Project Manager

Supported Housing organisation based in West London are looking for a permanent Project Manager, you will be responsible for a team of Supported Housing Officers. Your role will be to provide effective management of support and accommodation services to a designated number of tenants within the terms of a certain contract. You will ensure that the service delivery, Performance Indicators to a certain contract are effectively monitored, and regularly reviewed. Ensure all tenants are provided with appropriate Licence Agreement and notices and ensure, ensure that tenants have full information on their tenure. Ensure the efficient collection of rents, service charges and other monies and record them accordingly, manage petty cash expenditure and undertake budget managements for budgets under the control of the post, liaising with Service Manager where appropriate. Participate int he recruitment, induction and training of new staff as required. Provide regular formal supervision to the staff team. You will have experience in working for a Supported Housing organisation before and to have managed staff , budgets, petty cash and to have participated as an _on-call_ duty manager.
