Customer Insight Experience Manager is required by my London based IT services client. This is a managerial post leading a small team in the area of assessing and acting upon Customer insight and customer behaviour for a large flagship Government Website.
This role aims to assess customer behaviour and opportunities to further improve the Web services and content.
The role is major driver of customer-focused change across the site. It champions the customer, understanding their present experience and opportunities for positive change. The role also reviews customer behaviour to further user focused opportunities for change.
Key Experience required:-
* Demonstrated experience across multiple customer understanding and experience disciplines
* Track record of high level engagement and leadership with senior internal and departmental stakeholders.
* Experience of analysing all available research and insight across multiple disciplines to make business recommendations based on relevant and timely evidence
* Experience of working in a client-facing environment
* Experience of presenting recommendations at a senior level
* Experience of working with Government an advantage

* Ability to engage at senior levels
* People management experience
* Knowledge of using a customer understanding and experience evidence base to drive change across an organisation
* Knowledge and understanding of website MIS, analytics, search analysis, market research, usability, customer journey mapping and related disciplines to inform customer focused recommendations
* Ideally has the skills to not just understand what customers are doing now, but what they want to do in the future (identifying latent demand opportunities)
* Experience of managing complex projects.
