As an Assistant Manager for Magnet you will lead a team focussed on creating a unique experience for our customers through quality, value, service and innovation.

Whilst this position is initially covering Maternity leave at Gallows Corner branch, a permanent position is guaranteed, but may not be at this store so flexibility is required.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will thrive on proactively driving the business forward, assisting in managing all aspects of the branch: sales and margin, customer service, branch administration, banking, security, stock control, colleague supervision and development.

Skills and experience required:

* Significant experience of managing a team in a retail or customer facing is essential

* Proven record of successful people management.

* Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Driving license is essential
