Adobe?s solutions meet the needs of a diverse customer base that spans from consumer to enterprise. Job Description

As a key member of our Services Team in Edinburgh, you will provide in-depth technical support services to new and existing Adobe Customers and Partners in a post-sales environment. You will be dealing with a wide range of technologies servicing production quality e-business solutions. This may involve system integration, performance optimisation, security, software product issue resolution and similar technical tasks. You will provide high-level technical guidance regarding the integration of Adobe products within Enterprise Systems. You will also be capable of communicating across multiple disciplines, both internally and in a client-facing capacity. You have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team, in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy dealing with diverse challenges and look forward to learning new technologies. Your work standards enable you to deliver prompt high quality results.

Knowledge and Experience ? Strong fault finding methodologies and practices in software integration in multi-platform systems

? Proven ability to research complex technical issues

? Proven experience in a customer facing or support environment

? In-depth Java programming knowledge

? Good experience of one or more of the following: J2EE, Application Servers (WebSphere, JBOSS, Weblogic), JavaScript, XML, PDF, SOAP, Java.

? Some knowledge in a structured programming language e.g. Perl Scripting, C, C++, VB

? Strong working knowledge of one or more of the following platforms: Windows, HP-UX, Solaris, AIX, Linux, OS X

? Previous database experience in SQL / Oracle / DB2

? Exposure to web servers: IIS, Apache, Websphere

? Knowledge of Adobe LiveCycle Server Technologies or Adobe Output Server Technology (Central) would be a major advantage.

? Fluency in Swedish
