Operations Manager
East Midlands Property Owners Ltd (EMPO) is the largest Landlords Association in the East Midlands and we represent the interests of our members at local, regional and national levels.
Following a recent review of our working arrangements we wish to recruit a hands-on Operations Manager to take the organisation to the next level.
The person we want will be from a property with some experience of either being or working with a residential landlord. The Operations Manager will be capable of working to the directions of the Board, managing staff and providing relevant reports to Board members on all aspects of the business activities, as well as acting as the link with other external organisations.
Primary activities include:
? Finance
? Membership
? Marketing & Event attendance
? Legislative matters
? Developing & Fostering Partnerships
? Website development
? Staffing matters
The person we recruit will be IT literate, with a commercial and be a self-starter capable of working alone. The nature of the role will demand flexible working and the successful applicant will be required to regularly work into the evening.
