A 3rd line support analyst is required by a leading, visionary support consultancy based in Nottingham,

The successful 3rd line support analyst will be required to:
- provide support to the clients infrastructure
- Resolve complex server issues
- Ensure clients and partners are updated on current status of issues.

You will be working within an eight man team, and will have either and MCSA or MCP certification, along with 2 - 3 years previous experience.
