Operations & Project Manager
The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Operations and Project Manager to join our team, helping us to keep our position as the global number one provider of flexible turn-key office solutions with bespoke fit-out and ongoing facility services.

Your Responsibilities
- Delivery and management of all our facilities management services at all our managed sites
- Project delivery from its inception through construction to finalisation and handover
- Develop and manage project and services budgets, variations to contract, certifications and review pay applications
- Ensure current Health and Safety compliance at all our sites and during fit-out projects
- Manage client interaction, expectations and issues at all levels
- Measure suppliers service levels and ensure these are met
- Minimise and manage company?s exposure to business risk on projects
- Support the team in the management of their key corporate accounts

Your Qualifications and Experience
You will have 2 years + experience in project work and management of facilities services.

The Details
We pay market salaries and the right person will be offered a package according to their experience, including bonus payments for time led projects and commissions.
You will be based at our head offices in West London, close to Paddington Station and on the Circle, Bakerloo, District, Hammersmith and City and over land train lines.
Our offices overlook London's canal network, are walking distance to Whiteley's shopping centre, Marble Arch and a top gymnasium.
The Operations & Project Manager will report to the Operations Director, Anita Bevan. You will work 9am to 6pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Fridays.
