Chief Technical Office/IT Manager - CTO - Leisure

An exceptional Chief Technical Officer is required for a rapidly expanding Leisure company head quartered in the London. The CTO will work with the executive team to build, lead and manage the technology team based over multiple offices, branches, and disaster recovery sites. Develop and monitor the corporate IT strategy and longer term vision , ensure effective IT and business interface.

Define a training /staff development strategy , which address the new skills required in IT provide a hardware and software infrastructure as well as user support for all departments , including call centre infrastructure continuously promote best practice operations. As CTO you will be responsible for technical strategy & growth incl. maintaining & improving the company's extensive managed services portfolio.

This is an extremely dynamic, entrepreneurial position and requires an exceptional 'hands on' and 'can do' person who has demonstrable success in building and running teams managing complex technical 'service' environments and who can play a pivotal role in expanded the company's portfolio of services, client base and market share.
