With a strong client list that looks set to get better as well as a growing team means you will be joining an agency with plenty of ambition. You will know Actionscript 3, be able to hand code in HTML and CSS and use all the usual software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash. In addition, you should feel comfortable working with existing brand guidelines but still be able to produce creative solutions.
