We are looking for an experienced Lagan CRM Consultant for our client based in the East Midlands. The client is looking at paying £450.00 a day.

Job Title: Lagan CRM Consultant
Salary: £450.00 per day
Location: East Midlands
Contract:2 months, 2 days a week

The successful candidate must have experience of working with a Lagan CRM system understanding its workings and functionality from installation through to the day to day uses. The candidate will be fully competent in using ICT and have experience of training to a large audience. They will have experience of project planning, integrating Lagan with back office systems. They will also have experience of report writing with Lagan Business Intelligence and Crystal Reporting.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within a Local Authority and have a thorough understanding of Local Government business systems e.g. Northgate SX3 Revenue and Benefits system, and an understanding of the requirements in modernising government initiatives and a Central Government level.

Tasks include:
*Working with a CRM specialist and to act as a mentor to the CRM Project Team in the development of Lagan Frontline
*Develop project documentation for the implementation of Lagan/Northgate Revenues & Benefits adapter
*Develop Lagan's Business Intelligence, re writing current Crystal reports into BI. Investigate purpose and use of BI Dashboards and develop the software to use all of its functions, including report scheduler.
*Develop and schedule the migration of scripts/processes from Lagan Test- Live
*Create a single view of the customer allowing each contact through our Contact Centre to be registered, developing scripts and looking at integration with other back office systems
*Investigate the possibilities of 'Loose Integrations' with other back office systems which do not have adapters. Looking at Middleware, manipulation of web services etc and make recommendations to the CRM Project Manager.
*Train IT personnel in a variety of different areas from the following Lagan Training programmes.
*Identify and plan necessary change management activities to implement improved processes and effective CRM working, and present these to the Project Manager
*Maintain an awareness of the Council's current practices and impending changes which may impact on the CRM project.
