Assistant Manager Designate

This international brand is looking for an Assistant Manager Designate to support management teams in multiple stores in the region. This is a great opportunity to prove yourself and eventually join one of the teams on a permanent basis.

You would be based in one store but be required to support other stores from the South Coast up to North London as needed. You must be focused on achieving high customer service levels and have it shown in your KPIs and have good commercial instincts.

The candidate will come from a multi-product retail environment and have experience with people management and dealing with performance issues.
