The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, Develop and Lead an engaged and successful team of Heads of Department (HODs)
• Guide the club Leadership Team in developing and delivering a cohesive business plan.
• Develop the club?s profit streams, to ensure optimum performance against budget.
• Devise and manage an annual and quarterly marketing plan for the club including internal marketing in conjunction with central promotions. Drive departmental usage and revenues.
• Support the HOD team in working together across departments to develop and deliver programmes and events which are engaging and maximize member?s use

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience of working at a regional management level of Retail, Food or Leisure
• Experience of driving forward effective business plans
• Capable of supporting multiple departments
• Comfortable in leading multiple teams

The Package ? What You Could Earn:

·         Basic salary up to £65,000 which may be negotiable upwards

·         Additional salary bonus for car entitlement

·         Minimum expandable holiday entitlement of 20 days
