Application Support/Application Specialist/Applications Documentation Analyst is required for a major client within the heart of Tyne & Wear. You will be tasked with doing specific documentation work around internal applications whilst also assisting in the creation of centralised documentation detailing all application standards and industry best practices. You will be required to co-ordinate the different levels of documentation which currently exist within the organisation. It will be essential to show a proven track record of:

Working towards ITIL standards
Working within Prince2 methodologies
Full project lifecycle
Change control within large corporate environments
An awareness of Industry Best Practices

You will not be required to provide specific application support but it will be necessary to show a strong service delivery focus.
